Technology, Victoria Sugar Mills, and Procter & Gamble Philippines. The
contracts also involved project and construction management services, operation
and maintenance including environmental issues (e.g., power plant's rehabilitation
water treatment facilities for Caltex Refinery-Philippines (Chevron-Texaco).

supply for a small community using Reverse Osmosis system.

wastewater treatment plants located in the Philippines such as Intel, Cypress

emergency services and long term outsourcing contracts.

Developed a pending patent on a joint venture with a European based company
for Hydro-Metallurgical & Catalytic Electro-Accelerator also known as "Leaching & Neutralization
Process" which is currently used by the semiconductor & electronics & other
industries in terms of industrial waste for treating heavy metals, BOD, COD
and sludge in compliance with US-EPA, State and local ordinance.

Project Engineer (8/92 – 5/96)
· Secured small to medium contract engineering projects at Pacific
Gas & Electric (PG&E) for project & construction management for
several gas station facilities. This includes gas compressor stations, gas
pipelines and gas transmission/distribution.

Prepared system designs including materials take off, cost estimates, procurement
of major equipment, field construction specs and operating instruction manuals,
inspection, and provided as-built drawing package.

Provided engineering design services to Pacific Gas Transmission (PGT) for
the gas compressor stations and gas pipelines in Washington, Oregon, Idaho
and California.

Assisted in design and construction of the water treatment plant (Reverse Osmosis & De-ionization
system) of the Co-generation plant facilities both Chevron Refinery in Richmond,
CA and PG&E’s Gerber gas station.

Managed contracts for HIVAC Technology, to review, evaluate, execute the electro-mechanical
components’ design involving thin film deposition system, sputtering
target materials, oil filtration systems, and other related vacuum systems.

· Contracted as Seconded Engineer to Pacific Gas & Electric Company,
a major utility company in Northern California to perform various aspects of
engineering, which included technical support for the operation & maintenance
of the gas compressor stations, natural gas pipeline, transmission & distribution.

Directed the regulatory agency approval for obtaining air permit from the San
Bernandino County Air Pollution Control District in Los Angeles, CA.
