After 20 years in the Waste Water Treatment industry and leaving to assist
in the family RE Business, I am seeking a return to Wastewater Treatment. Feel

III CA. Wastewater Certificate.
EXPERIENCE
6/2004 –to Present – Employed as a Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator,
on a contract basis, at Camp Pendleton, performing day to day operations at
their trickling Filter facility.
2/2004 – Passed the California Department of Real Estate Salesperson’s
exam.
1/2001 to 4/2004 – Accepted re-employment offer from US Filter in the
position of Shift Supervisor at the International Wastewater Treatment Plant,
on the US / Mexico border. Perform daily lab tests, assign manpower as required,
organize work schedules and report to the Plant Operations Manager. Position
required re-locating to the San Diego area.
1/97 to 1/2001 - US Filter / PSG / Earth Tech. Employed as an Environmental
Technician I and promoted to Operations Supervisor and promoted to Asst. Project
Manager. Provide contract operation, maintenance and management of municipal
water and wastewater systems and including numerous industrial sites. Current
assignments include Stringfellow Toxic Dump, treating contaminated ground water
utilizing lime precipitation and carbon filtration for removal of heavy metals
and VOCs. Well monitoring on a daily basis. Recording and organizing data to
prepare monthly and quarterly reports for the client, as per contractual obligations.
Promoted to Operations Supervisor, managing daily plant operations. Promoted
to Asst. Project Manager. Assist Project Manager and assumes the duties of
Project Manager when needed. March 1, 2000, Earth Tech was awarded the contract
to operate the facility.
7/95 to 1/97 - Self Employed. Worked in a family owned venture DBA Diamond
Lill’s Restaurant, located in downtown Riverside. Operate a home - based,
Office Support business DBA K - Comp. Contract with other small business owner’s
to offer support in advertising, research, information retrieval, business
cards and letterheads.
3/84 to 6/95 - Los Angeles County Sanitation Districts. Employed as a Grade
II Treatment Plant Operator I. Performed all journeyman level functions in
a Class V Treatment Plant, as mandated by the State of California. Responsibilities
included operating all major plant areas, computerized equipment and controls.
Monitoring and interpreting computer data and operating perameters while responding
to alarms, maintaining documentation and recording logs. Provided training
and technical support to new personnel. Performed laboratory tests and solved
problems using the formulas of Waste Water mathematics. The Districts do not
re-hire at this time.
10/83 - Relocated to Southern California from Buffalo, New York.
