Vice President, Southeast Region - American Water Services
Hired to assume leadership of Residuals Management Division with direct responsibility
of P&L, business planning & development, administration and management
of a staff of 110 people.
Vice President - Florida Operations - Applied Water Management
Selected to initiate expansion operations in Florida for New Jersey based full
service water resource company specializing in complete engineering, design/build,
and operations for decentralized municipal, commercial, and industrial water
and wastewater systems.

President/Co-founder 1983-2000
Co-founded consulting engineering firm to meet environmental issues. Achieved
fast-track organizational growth with direct responsibility for P&L, administration,
client relations, personnel, and project management.

Implemented timely solid waste strategy measures during emergency situation
in NW New Jersey.
Developed design & operation standards for static pile composting in NJ
following system failure.
Received the USEPA's Technology Development Award in 1988.
