As seen from my attached resume my educational achievements include a Bachelor
of Arts degree in biology and a minor in chemistry. As part of my continuing
education, I retain a professional registration as a Certified Hazardous Materials
Manager, accredited by the Institute of Hazardous Materials Managers, 40-hour
Hazardous Waste Operations and confined space training certifications. My current
and prior work experience consists of managing and remediating leaking underground
storage tank facilities, Environmental Site Assessments, Resource Conservation
Recovery Act (RCRA) compliance, responding to hazardous materials incidents and
providing on-site mitigation support. In addition to these activities, I have
been involved with local and state task forces to develop decontamination procedures
regarding the remediation of methamphetamine contaminants from within impacted
structures, given presentations for large groups of real estate agents and Continuing
Legal Education seminars. I have a thorough understanding of the Occupational
Safety and Health Administration health and safety guidelines, RCRA action levels
associated with managing hazardous materials/waste. I am knowledgeable and utilize
Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint frequently, as required by prior project

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Mr. Motisi's responsibilities generally include implementing
procedures associated the legal transportation of non-hazardous/hazardous waste
according to Department of Transportation guidelines, disposing of waste in
accordance with the Resource Conservation Recovery Act (RCRA), provide project
management and authors technical reports to achieve compliance
with applicable environmental regulations.
Mr. Motisi has successfully worked with the Colorado Department of Public
Health and Environment, Colorado Department of Labor and Employment, Oil and
Public Safety (OPS), local law enforcement/task force agencies to achieve remediation
goals regarding environmental impacts that required emergency response cleanup
measures. His experience also includes intrusive site investigations, conducting
on-site gas chromatography analysis using a mobile laboratory for petroleum
and chlorinated solvents. Mr. Motisi provides remediation system experience
regarding sparge/soil vapor extraction and groundwater recovery systems and
has implemented bioremediation programs for petroleum-impacted sites. Mr. Motisi
is a registered individual with the OPS and has served as a Project Manager
and successfully remediated soil and groundwater to the respective Risked-Based
Corrective Action levels set forth by the OPS regarding petroleum hydrocarbon
contaminants released from leaking underground storage tanks.
Mr. Motisi's additional experience includes providing emergency
response services to remediate hazardous waste releases and remediated petroleum
contaminants from state right-of-ways, surface water and residential neighborhoods.
Mr. Motisi is also active serving on local and state task forces to develop
guidelines/regulations for assessing and remediating clandestine drug laboratories
that were former sites utilized to manufacture illicit methamphetamines.
PROJECT EXPERIENCE

Loveland Pass, Colorado
Assisted with emergency response activities regarding 5,000-gallons of diesel
fuel that was released during a highway accident. Work with local fire department,
National Forest Service, Environmental Protection Agency and State agencies
to remediate soil impacted by the release.

Managed several projects regarding activities associated with decontaminating
former clandestine drug laboratories in both private and commercial sectors.

Responded to hazardous materials releases and managed project events regarding
remediation and decontamination activities utilizing personnel protective equipment
levels A, B, C, D. Conducted lab packing activities regarding the disposal
of various waste streams in accordance RCRA guidelines.

U.S. National Forest Service - Rio Grande/Los Animas Districts
Served as Project Manager and removed non-hazardous wastes as well as hazardous
pesticides from various sites within the districts. Transported and disposed
of the materials in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
