Job Responsibilities: Two positions. The selected candidates will be responsible to perform the following functions depending on the position/classification level: Provide sanitary/process engineering support to meet water quality objectives and regulatory compliance for a large drinking water transmission, treatment and distribution system. Review planning, design, specifications and construction related documents to identify drinking water quality issues for complex capital improvement projects. Perform project management tasks to develop and track work plans, budget, staffing hours, resources, schedules and status reports. Evaluate treatment processes, conduct process studies, prepare monitoring plans, coordinate disinfections, and investigate unusual water quality events. Provide timely deliverables and represent department in project meetings. Depending on the position level, supervise engineering and technical personnel, including consultants, in the preparation of engineering studies, calculations, designs, and cost estimates. Prepare requests for proposals and reviews contract bids.

Minimum Requirements:
The candidate shall demonstrate excellent technical, analytical, interpersonal, coordination, and communication skills.
